          At a Court of Probate held at Say Brook in and for the District of Say Brook on the 9th day of August 1842 Present Gurdon Smith Judge
          Loisa Wright is appointed Admistratrix on all and singular the goods, chattels, credits and Estates of William Wright late of West Brook in said District Deceased and gave Bonds according to Law
          At the present term of this Court, on motion of said Administratrix Six Month are allowed to the Creditors to the Estate of William Wright late of West Brook in said District deceased, to exhibit their claims duly attested and proved, to Loisa Wright Admistratrix on Said Estate, or be debarred a recovery. And said Administratrix is hereby directed to give notice by posting upon the Sign Post nearest the place where said Deceased last dwelt in said West Brook and by advertising the same in a news Paper located in New Haven.
Also at the present term of this Court, on motion of said Administrix Alfred Chittenden and Arza Towner Esq. were appointed to apprise the Estate of William Wright late of West Brook in said District deceased. Real and Personal and make an Inventory thereof, and deliver the same to the Administratrix, who is ordered to exhibit the same to this Court for acceptance

          At a Court of Probate holden at Say Brook in and for the District of Say Brook Sept 30th 1842 On motion of Present Gurdon Smith Judge
         The Administratrix on the Estate of Wm Wright of West Brook in said district deceased. This Court doth order and empower said Administ. To sell so much of the personal Estate of said deceased as can be sold without prejudice to the said Heirs to said Estate by depriving them of there necessary Stock and implements for farming. All of which may be sold at private sale at not less than inventory price, or at Auction after advertising the same on the public Sign Post in West Brook at least six days before the time of said Sale, and then make return to this Court for acceptance.

order notice to settle & order sale Real Estate (18 Feb 1843)
          At a Court of Probate holden at Say Brook, in and for the District of Say Brook. Feb. 18th 1843. Present Gurdon Smith Judge
          The Administratrix on the Estate of William Wright late of West Brook in said district deceased, having presented for allowance her account of Administration on said Estate.
          Ordered that said Administratrix give notice to all persons interested by causing a copy of this order forthwith to be set on the public Sign Post in West Brook in said Say Brook district, that they may appear at a Probate Court, to be held at the Probate Office in said Say Brook, on the 18th day of March next, at 10 o'clock A M and shew cause, if any they have why the same should not be allowed.
          At the present term of this Court, on motion of the Administratrix on the Estate of William Wright, late of West Brook in said district deceased.           This Court doth authorize and direct said Administratrix to sell so much of the Real Estate of said deceased, as will raise the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Dollars, the same being necessary to pay debts and charges against said Estate, and then make return to this Court.

Settlement Administration Acct & order Distribution (22 Apr 1843)
          At a Court of Probate holden at Say Brook, in and for the District of Say Brook on the 22nd day of April 1843. Present Gurdon Smith Judge
          The Administratrix on the Estate of William Wright late of West Brook in said District Deceased. Exhibited in Court for allowance her Administration account, which is accepted and ordered to be kept on file from which it appears that the debts & charges against said Estate Amount to $376.84
          Amount of credits including Inventory $1782.68
          Ordered to be Distributed $1405.84

          And now said Administratrix moves that distribution might be made of the remainder of said Estate. Where upon this Court Appoint William C. Bull, Alfred Chittenden and Arza Towner Esq. Freeholders in said District, to distribute the same, to and among the Widow and Heirs of said deceased according to Law and then make return to this Court for acceptance.

          Additional Inventory of the Estate of Wm Wright late of West Brook deceased, being property omitted in a former Inventory returned to Court One Share in the Parsonage House so called, standing near the Methodist Church at the lower end of Horse Hill Road $2.00

At the present term of this Court Mrs. Louisa Wright is appointed Guardian of the Persons and Estate of her four Children, Viz: William B Wright about 17 years of age, Louisa C Wright about 16 years of age, Arza H Wright about 10 years of age and Sarah E Wright about 4 years of age, and gave Bond as the Law requires.
