          Benjamin Wright, is appointed administrator of all and singular the goods chattels, credits, and Estate of Temperance Wright late of Say Brook deceased, Gave Bond according to Law.
          Six months are limited and allowed the creditors to the Estate of said Temperance Wright, in which to exhibit their claims to the Administrator or be debarred a recovery.
          Jared Elliott and William K.? Lay are appointed to appraise the Estate of the said Temperance Wright according to Law. Attest. Samuel Ingham, Clerk

          Inventory of the Estate of Miss Temperance Wright late of Killingworth was made by us the subscribers this 14th day of April A.D. 1828 being first qualifyed as the Law directs.

          The Limitation for the exhibition of claims against the Estate of Temperance Wright late of Say Brook deceased is, on motion of the Administrator extended two months, in addition to the time at first allowed by this Court.

Note to exhibit Adm. acct (1 Dec 1828)
          The Adm. on the Estate of Temperance Wright late of Say Brook deceased is required to present his Adm. account to this Court for acceptance at the Probate office in Killingworth on the 1st Monday in January A.D. 1829, at 2.o;clock in the afternoon, and to give public notice thereof by advertising in some newspaper printed in New Haven and also by posting on the sign post in the 4th Society of said Say Brook. Adm. acct. settled order of sale (6 Jan 1829)
          The Administrator of the Estate of Temperance Wright late of Say Brook deceased presented his account of Administration amounting to the sum of $273.11, which is accepted and ordered to be kept on file and there being no personal property he now moves for liberty to sell Real Estate to pay the same. Where upon said Administrator is authorized and directed to sell at public vendue after advertising in some newspaper printed in New Haven and on the sign post in the 3rd Society of said Say Brook, so much of the Real Estate of said deceased as will procure the sum of $300. to pay said amount, and other charges allowed against said Estate.           The Adm. on the Estate of Temperance Wright late of Say Brook deceased presented an account of the sale of Real Estate made under the order of this Court dated the 6th day of Jan 1829, which sale is not accepted, but set aside. M------ for said Adm. is again ordered to sell at public vendue after advertising the same so much of the Real Estate as will produce the sum of $300, to pay the adm. and charges allowed against said estate & return make to this Court.

Adm. acc & order of distribution (4 May 1829)
          The Administrator of the Estate of Temperance Wright late of Say Brook deceased returned an account of the sale of Real Estate which is accepted, and ordered to be kept on file.
          Said Administrator also presented his further account of Administration amounting, to $28..45 which is accepted and ordered to be kept on file, and now ---is that distribution may be made of the remainder of said Estate, Whereupon this Court appoints and fully impowers, Jared Elliott, Robert R. Eby, and William H. Lay all of this District freeholders, to distribute the remainder of said Estate, & then make return to this Court for acceptance. Test. Samuel Ingham, Clerk

          At a Court of Probate holden at Killingworth in and for the District of Say Brook on the 6th day of July 1829, present Samuel Ingham Esq., Judge
          The account of Adm. of the Administrator of the Estate of Temperance Wright late of Say Brook deceased having been settled and allowed on the first Monday in May last, amt. to $309..56, the Adm. now moves that the remainder of said Estate may be distributed. Whereupon this Court appoints and fully impowers, Jared Elliott, Robert R. Eby, & Wm. H. Lay all of said district freeholders, to distribute said Estate, to & among the heirs thereto according to Law, and then make return to this Court of acceptance.

          Distribution of the Estate of Temperance Wright late of Say Brook deceased. Real and Personal, made by us the subscribers this 29th day of July A.D. 1829, being qualified as the Law directs.
          Set to Job Wright Eighty two dollars sixty once cents, it being part of a debt due from him to the estate of Temperance Wright deceased ……………

          Set to the Heirs of William Wright five acres and one third of land in the north pond lot, Bounded west on land of Job Wright, North on land set to the Heirs of David, East on meadow of Job Wright, South on land set to Benjamin; for meets and bounds reference to the place of said land $80.00. The part of debt due from Job Wright $2.61.

          Set to the Heirs of David, five acres and one third of an acre of land in the Harts pond lot, the north end bounded north on Julia Pratt, East on meadow of Job Wright, South on land set to the Heirs of Williams, west on Job Wright $80.00 part of debt due from Job Wright $2.62 ……………………
