The Executor of the last Will & - of Jesse Wright late of Killingworth deceased is on his motion authorized and directed to sell at private sale for not less than Inventory price, or at public vendue after advertising, the same in some newspaper printed in Middletown, and also on the sign post in said Killingworth nearest to where said deceased last lived, so much of the Real Estate of said deceased as will procure the sum of $106.00 to pay debts, already allowed against said Estate, their being no cash nor personal property wherewith to pay the same.
