Wright in cash $1.55 ½                     (total) $11.66           To the Honored Court of Probate for the District of Say Brook, A distribution of some personal Estate of Jeremiah Wright late of Say Brook deceased in the hands of the Administrators made by us the subscribers under oath according to order of court, and according to Law this 28 day of July 1825. Jedediah Post Asa Watrous -- Distributors           At the present Term of this Court, the foregoing distribution of the Estate of Jeremiah Wright late of Say Brook deceased, was presented, & ordered to be recorded. pp 297 Acc & Inventory & order of distri (7 July 1828)           Additional Inventory of some Real Estate of Jeremiah Wright late of Say Brook deceased, one piece of land on the west side of the highway containing about seven acres, more or less $161.00. one right in the Barn 15.00. one third of the house 35.00 one piece of land on the west side of the highway containing about eight acres more or less $176.                     (total) $387.00           The foregoing is an additional Inventory of some real estate of Jeremiah Wright late of Say Brook deceased made by us the subscribers freeholders under oath according to Law. Say Brook June 16, 1828. Jedediah Post Asa Watrous           At the present Term of this Court the foregoing additional Inventory of the Estate of Jeremiah Wright late of Say Brook deceased was presented accepted & ordered to be recorded. Attest. Samuel Ingham, Clerk           Jedediah Post, Asa Watrous, and Cornelius Chittenden all of Say Brook freeholders, are appointed to distribute that part of the Estate of Jeremiah Wright late of Say Brook deceased which was occupied by his Mother during her Widowhood, to and among? the heirs thereto according to Law. Attest Samuel Ingham, Clerk pp 324 Distribution (4 Nov 1828)           Set to Rachael Wright the Widow of the said Jeremiah deceased one piece of land on the west side of the highway, and bounded eastwardly on the highway, Southerly on the land of Jeremiah Wright, the same land was set to him the said Jeremiah in a former distribution and partly on the land set to the said Widow Rachael Wright in a former distribution and running westwardly to a stake and stones being the bound between her? and Jeremiah, ------- on the land of Jeremiah Wright running northerly to a stake & stones by the fence adjoining William L'Hommedieu land, being bounded on the said L'Hommedieu land, northerly until it comes to the said highway again, and containing about five acres, and seventy rods, the same more or less and estimated at $124. Likewise set to the said Rachel Wright a small garden on the North side of the House, and Estimated at 5 Dollars ..in all $129.           Set to William Wright one piece of land on the East side of the highway and on the East end of the land, and bounded northerly on the land of William L'Hommedieu, Easterly on the land of the said L'Hommedieu Southerly on the land of the Widow Rachael Wright set to her in a former distribution and westwardly on land set to Betsey Wright there being a stone wall between them and containing about three acres and forty rods more or less, and estimated at $49.50. Also a right in the Barn 15.00 in all $64.50           Set to Jeremiah Wright one piece of land on the west side of the highway and on the west end of the land and bounded on the east on the land set to the Widow Rachael Wright, in this distribution, the south on the land of the Widow Rachael Writ set to her in a former distribution and bounded westerly and northerly on the land of William L'Hommedieu and containing about two acres & twenty rods and estimated at 2l9.50. Also a right in the house being the same third formally occupied and improved by the Widow Hannah Wright deceased and estimated at $35.00 ..in all .$64.50           Set to Betsey Wright, one piece of land adjoining the land set to William at the stone wall and bounded on the land set to William eastwardly on said wall, Southwardly on the land set to the Widow Rachael Wright in a former distribution, Westwardly on the land set to Emeline E. Wright at the end of a stone wall on the south side and bounded northerly on the land of William L'Hommedieu said land is on the east side of the highway, and containing about 2 acres and forty rods, and estimated at ..$64.50           Set to Emeline E. Wright a piece of land on the east side of the highway, frontin on the highway and bounded on the same -------- pp 325 northerly on the land of William L'Hommedieu, easterly on the land set to Betsey Wright , at the end of the said stone wall, Southerly on the land set to the Widow Rachael Wright in a former distribution and containing about two acres the same more or less, and estimated at $64.50           A distribution of some small Estate of Jeremiah Wright late of Say Brook deceased, the same was not distributed in a former distribution, it was occupied and improved by his mother, the Widow Hannah Wright now deceased, and now distributed by us -----under oath as the law directs, this 24 day of September 1828. Probate Records, Vol. 11, 1838 - 1844 pp 331 & 332 inventory of per Est & dist widows dower (25 May 1842)           At the present Term of this Court, Martin Wright Esq. exhibited in Court a distribution of that part of the Estate of Jeremiah Wright late of Westbrook, deceased which was set to his widow Rachael Wright, who is now deceased which distribution having been made by all the heirs at law is accepted, & ordered to be recorded as follows ---- May 25th 1842           We the undersigned being the several heirs of the Estate of Jeremiah Wright of Say Brook deceased do hereby agree to the written Distribution of the personal & real estate of Rachael Wright deceased formerly held by her as widows dower           In witness where of we do severally set our hand and seal                     Jeremiah Wright SS                     Jedidiah C Stevens SS                     Analine E.
