At a Court of Probate holden at Killingworth in and for the District of Say Brook on the 12 day of Nov 1832. Present Samuel Ingham Esq. Judge
          David Wright Esq. of Killingworth is appointed Guardian of Ishi Stannard of said Killingworth, a minor about ten years of age. Gave bond according to Law.
          Upon the Petition of David Wright of Killingworth, showing to this Court, that he is Guardian of Ishi Stannard of said Killingworth a minor of about ten years of age, that said minor is the owner of certain Real Estate situated in said Killingworth, to wit-
          First piece, Bounded northerly on land lately owned by Ashbel Stannard, East on Daniel Carter, South on Rich & Oliver Hull & West on highway containing half an acre be the same more or less with part of a dwelling house thereon standing.
          2nd piece, Bounded west on highway, north on Abigail Post, East on Daniel Carter. South on land lately owned by Ashbel Stannard Containing half an acre, be the same more or less with a shed thereon standing.
          And further showing that it is for the interest of said minor that said property should be sold and the avails vested in some other manner for his benefit, as the same is now of no value to him. As per petition on file dated the 12th day of Nov 1832.
          Ordered, That the 1st Monday in March 1833 at 10. o;clock in the forenoon at the Probate office in Say Brook be assigned for the hearing of said petition and that this order be advertised in a

public newspaper printed in Middletown three week successively at least six weeks before said day of hearing - that all persons concerned may appear and be heard in the premises if they have cause.

          At a Court of Probate holden at Say Brook in and for the District of Say Brook on the first Monday in March 1833. Present Samuel Ingham Esq. Judge.
          The Petition of David Wright, Guardian of Ishi Stannard a minor of said District, praying for liberty to sell certain Real Estate therein mentioned is continued to the 30th day of the present month at 10. o;clock in the forenoon, then to be heard at this office.

          Upon the Petition of David Wright of Killingworth showing to this Court that he is Guardian to Ishi Stannard of said Town a minor, that said minor is the owner of certain real Estate situated in said Killingworth. to wit.
First piece, Bounded Northerly on land lately owned by Ashbel Stannard, East on Daniel Carter, South on Rich and Oliver Hull & west on the Highway, containing half an acre, be the same more or less, with a part of a dwelling House therein standing. Second piece, Bounded West on highway, north on Abigail Post's East on Daniel Carter, South on land lately owned by Ashbel Stannard containing half an acre be the same more or less with a shed thereon standing, and further showing that said property is of no use to said minor in its present situation, and that it is for his interest that the same should be sold and the avails vested in some other manner, according to law for his benefit. As per petition on file, Dated the 12th day of Nov. 1832.
          The said Petition was brought to the Term of this Court holden at Killingworth on the 12th day of Nov. 1832 and for the purpose of giving legal notice of the pendency thereof comes to this time by continuance. and now this Court on due inquire now find the facts stated in said petition true and grant the ----- thereof, and authorize and empower the said David Wright to sell said land, and give good and sufficient deed or deeds thereof he having given Bond to vest, and account for the avails according to Law.
