          At a Court of Probate held in Say Brook within and for this District of Say Brook on the 22nd day of July AD 1850
Present James Phelps, Judge
          George W. Wright was appointed Administrator of all & singular the Goods, Chattel, and Estate of Benjamin Wright late of Westbrook in said District deceased and gave Bond as the law requires
          At the present term of this Court Six months are limited and allowed the creditors of the Estate of Benjamin Wright late of Westbrook deceased to exhibit their claim duly attested to George W. Wright, Administrator on said estate or be debarred a recovery. And said Administrator is directed to give notice by posting the same on the Sign Post in said Westbrook nearest to where the deceased last dwelt in said town & also by publishing the same in a newspaper printed in the Town of Say Brook.

          At the present term of said Court on motion of the Administrator on the estate of Benjamin Wright late of Westbrook within said District deceased Albert B. Chittenden, Arza Towner, George Stannard 2nd, Esquire judicious & disinterested freeholders were appointed to appraise under oath all the estate Real & Personal of the deceased, make a true and correct Inventory thereof and return the same to this Court within the time prescribed by law
