Court Record, Page 81 -- 4 May 1725: This Court grant letters of Adms. on the estate of Samuel WILCOX, late of Middletown decd., unto Esther WILCOX, widow, and Francis WILCOX, brother of the sd. decd., and they gave bond and took letters of Adms.
Page 71 (Vol XI) 6 June, 1732: Jeremiah WILCOX of Middletown chose his mother Esther WILCOX to be his guardian; and this Court do allow the sd. Esther WILCOX to be guardian to Esther WILCOX, age 8 years, and Elisha WILCOX, age 11 years.
