An agreement, dated 30 April, 1714, between Samuel WILCOCK and Francis WILCOCK, both of Middletown, respecting the estate of their father Samuel WILCOCK late decd., who died intestate. They being the only surviving heirs of sd. estate, have agreed for an equal division of sd. estate among themselves. In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals the day and date above written.
