Page 49 (Vol. XVII) -- 7 Jan 1755: An account of Adms. was now exhibited in Court by Ruth WETMORE, widow & Adms., which account is accepted. This Court order distribution of the estate, viz.: To the sd. widow, her thirds in the real & moveable estate; and to Ruth WETMORE, only child of sd. deceased, all the remainder of sd. estate, real & personal. And appoint Jonathan ALLIN, Ephraim ADKINS & Nathaniel GILBERT distributors.
