Page 11 (Vol. VIII) -- 1 May 1710: Dorcas & Beriah WETMORE exhibit now an account of their Adms. Accepted. Order to dist. the estate: To Dorcas WETMORE, widow, 1-3 part of the remainin moveable estate, and 1-3 part of the sd. lands for the term of her natural life. And all the rest of the sd. moveables and lands to Easter WETMORE, daughter & only child of sd. decd. And appoint Joseph ROCKWELL, Andrew BACON & Nathaniel STOW distributors. This Court appoint Beriah WETMORE to be guardian to Esther WETMORE, a minor daughter of Nathaniel WETMORE, late decd.

See File: These may certifie whome it may concerne: That the sd. widow, now Dorcas ANDREWS, doth herby fully & freely give an acquittance unto the sd. Beriah WETMORE as Adms., and the sd. Beriah WETMORE doth hereby also, as guardian, give an acquittance to the sd. Dorcas as Adms. In testimony whereof they have set to their hands & seals: 30 Nov 1710.
