Timothy SHAILOR, 2nd., Haddam. Died 4 Sep 1730. Invt. £260-01-10. Taken 1 Oct 1730, by Thomas SHAILOR, Thomas SELDEN & Joseph ARNOLD. Will dated 14 Sep 1730.

I, Timothy SHAILOR of Haddam, in the County of Hartford, do make this my last will & testament: I give to Deborah, my wife, her thirds during life. If she bear me a son after my decease, then I give him a double portion ofmy estate; but if she bear me a daughter after my decease, then I give to her a double portion with my sister. To my two daughters Abigail & Jerusha I give all my estate not above disposed of, to be equally divided between them. I appoint Deborah, my wife, sole executrix.
