Court Record, Page 111 - 16 Nov 1749: This Court grant Adms. on the estate of Thomas ROGERS, late of Middletown decd., unto Benjamin HARRIS of Middletown, who gave bonds of £3000. Also exhibited an inventory. Accepted. Ordered to be recorded and kept on file.
Page 18 (Vol. XVI) -- 2 Apr 1751: Benjamin HARRIS, Adms., showing this Court that by reason of indisposition he is not able to finish his Adms. on sd. estate, this Court grant Adms. unto Jacob WHITMORE of sd. Middletown, who gave bond with Evenezer EGLESTONE of sd. Middletown.
Page 34 -- 27 Aug 1751: This Court appoint Ann ROGERS, widow, to be guardian to Ann ROGERS, a minor, 3 years of age, daughter of Thomas ROGERS deceased. Recog., £500. Also the Adms. on sd. estate now exhibited an account of his Adms. Accepted.
