Court Record, Page 64 -- 5 Jan 1724-5: Adms. granted to Eunice ROBERTS, widow of sd. decd., and John WILLIAMS of Middletown.

Page 95 -- 3 Aug 1725: The Adms. exhibit an account of debts and move that part of the moveable estate be set out to the widow Eunice ROBERTS. This Court order that moveable estate valued at the sum of £33-05-09 be set out to the widow.

Page 118 -- 1 Mar 1725-6: Per act of the General Assembly, 14 Oct 1725, granting liberty to Eunice ROBERTS & John WILLIAMS of Middletown to sell real estate of sd. decd., with the approbation of this Court, to the value of £16-15-00, at 20 days notice, to the highest bidder.

Page 31 (Vol. XII) 5 Aug 1735: Samuel ROBERTS, age 11 years, a son of Samuel ROBERTS of Middletown, chose Abijah MOORE of Middletown to be his guardian. Recog., £100.
