Court Record, Page 41 -- 7 Jul 1747: Samuel ROBERTS, Adms. on the estate of Samuel ROBERTS ye 2nd, late of Middletown, in the County of Hartford, decd., informs this Court that he suspects the estate is insolvent, and prays that commissioners may be appointed to adjust the claims of the creditiors: Whereupon this Court appoint William ROCKWELL, Ephraim ADKINS & John BACON, commissioners.
Page 69 -- 6 Jun 1748: A report of the commissioners on the estate of Samuel ROBERTS 2nd, which account is accepted. Also exhibited by Samuel ROBERTS, Adms., an account of Adms., which is allowed and ordered to be kept on file.
