Court Record, Page 54 -- 5 Jan 1747-8: This Court grant Adms. on the estate of Benoni PLUMB, late of Middletown decd., unto Rebeckah PLUMB, widow, who gave bonds with Benjamin ADKINS of Middletown of £1000.

Page 88 (Vol. XVI) -- 5 Feb 1753: An account of Adms. was now exhibited in Court by Rebeckah PLUMB, Adms. Accepted. This Court appoint Benjamin ADKINS, Jonathan ALLIN & Jacob WHITMORE to distribute the estate, viz: To Rebeckah PLUMB, widow, her thirds; to Daniel PLUMB, a double share; to Benoni PLUMB, youngest son, his single share of sd. estate; and also set out to the widow 1-3 part of the buildings & lands for her improvement during life.
