          Court Record, Page 58 -- 4 January, 1731-2: Adms. granted to John NEWELL, of Farmington, who, with Daniel NORTH, recog. in £300.

          Page 105 -- 5 February, 1733-4: John NEWELL, exhibited an account of his Adms.: Paid in debts, £10-03-06; and receive, £37-05-08. Which account is accepted. This Court appoint Samuel THOMPSON of Farmington to be guardian to Abigail NEWELL, age 4 years, and Mary, 2 years of age, children of Daniel NEWELL. Recog. £200. John NEWELL appointed guardian to Daniel NEWELL, 7 years of age. Recog. £100. Joseph PORTER appointed guardian to Hannah NEWELL, daughter of sd. decd. Recog. £100.

          Page 29 (Vol XII) 3 February, 1735-6: Mrs. Ruth NEWELL, the widow, moves this Court for an allowance for the bringing up of a child at the age of 4 years, which was born after the decease of the sd. Mr. NEWELL. This Court allows her £4 per yer, and £20 to be added to the Adms. account.
