Page 15 -- 4 Oct 1737: Esther HURLBUT, Adms., exhibited an account of her Adms. Accepted. And the sd. Esther moves to this Court that her right of dowry may be set out to her. This Court appoint Joseph SOUTHMAYD, Lt. John BACON & Jacob CORNWELL toset out to the widow her right of dowry in sd. estate.
