          This Court doth appoint Aaron G. Hurd & David P Kelsey, Judicious & disinterested persons Commissioners to examine and adjust the claims of the several creditors of the Estate of Josiah Nettleton late of Killingworth deceased and make return to this Court. And this Court doth ---- that Six Months be allowed the creditors to said Estate to exhibit their claims to the Commissioners appointed to examine and adjust the same, and also directs that public notice be given of this order by advertising the same in a public newspaper printed in New Haven, and post a copy on the public sign post in said Killingworth nearest where said deceased last dwelt.

          Aaron G. Hurd of Killingworth, Guardian of Amy A. Post presented his account as Guardian against the Estate of his ward, amounting to $7.17 ½ which is allowed and ordered to be kept on file.
          At the same term of this Court Aaron G. Hurd resigned his office as Guardian to Amy A. Post, which resignation is allowed and said Hurd is removed from being her Guardian accordingly.
