Court Record, Page 94 -- 7 Jul 1741: Estate insolvent. John WILCOCKS & Hugh WHITE appointed commissioners.
Page 110 -- 2 Mar 1741-2: John WILCOCKS refuses to act, and this Curt appoint Capt. Thomas JOHNSON & Isaac WHITE, with sd. Hugh WHITE, to act as commissioners.
Page 9 (Vol. XIV) -- 3 Aug 1742: A report of the commissioners was now exhibited in Court by Thomas JOHNSON & Hugh WHITE, commissioners, & accepted. The Court now order that the Clerk of this Court make a rule of average on sd. estate, that the creditors may have their proportion of sd. estate.
