          At a Court of Probate holden at Killingworth in and for the District of Say Brook on the 4th day of February 1833.
Present, Samuel Ingham Esq., Judge
         
Ebenezer Griffin is appointed Administrator of all and singular the goods, Chattels, Credits, and Estate of Samuel Griffin late of Killingworth deceased, Gave bond according to Law.
         
Six months are limited and allowed the creditors to the Estate of Samuel Griffin late of Killingworth deceased in which to exhibit their claims to the Administrator or be debarred a recovery; and that all persons interested may have notice thereof said Administrator will cause this order to be published in some newspaper printed in New Haven, and post a copy on the sign post in said Killingworth nearest to where said deceased last dwelt.
         
On motion of the Administrator of the Estate of Samuel Griffin late of Killingworth deceased,
This Court appoints, and fully empowers Mss. Barber Grinnell, Charles B. Hilliard, and Charles Stevens all of said Killingworth, indifferent and disinterested, freeholders, to appraise the Estate of said deceased under oath, and make an inventory thereof, as the law requires.

At the present Term of this Court, the foregoing Inventory of the Estate of Samuel Griffin late of Killingworth deceased was presented accepted on oath and ordered to be recorded.
On the Estate of Samuel Griffin late of Killingworth deceased.
          Ordered, That the Administrator exhibit his Administration account to this Court for adjustment at the Probate office in Killingworth on the first Monday in October A.D. 1834, at 9.o;clock in the forenoon; and that all persons interested may have notice thereof the said Adm. will cause this order to be published in some newspaper printed in New Haven and post a copy on the sign post in said Killingworth, nearest to where said deceased last lived.

At the present Term of this Court the foregoing distribution of the personal Estate of Samuel Griffin late of Killingworth, deceased was presented, accepted, and ordered to be recorded.

          The Administrator of the Estate of Samuel Griffin late of Killingworth deceased presented his Administration account amounting to $153.70 which is accepted, and ordered to be kept on file. Whereupon this Court appoints and fully empowers Charles Stevens, Barber Grinnell & Charles Hilliard all disinterested, and Judicious persons to distribute said Estate to and among the heirs thereto according to law, and then make return to this Court for acceptance.
