Jeremiah BACON, late of Middletown, having finished her account of Adms., now moves this Court for a distribution of the estate of sd. decd.: Whereupon this Court appoint Capt. Jonathan ALLIN, Nathaniel GILBERT & Benjamin ADKINS of Middletown to make distribution:

Which being subtracted, there remains £2345-09-06.
To Elizabeth, the relict, 1-3 part of moveable estate; to Jeremiah BACON, son of the sd. deceased, 1-2 of the remainder of the estate; To Elizabeth & Abigail BACON, daughters, the remainder in equal proportion. If there is not moveables enough, then to make up their portions in real estate.
