I, Benjamin ANDREWS of Middletown, in the County of Hartford, do make this my last will and Testament: I give Tabitha, my wife, the use of all and every part of my estate, both real and personal, until my children arrive to the lawful age (only reserving to my aged mother the use of 1/3 part of my dwelling house); and when my two children shall come to lawfull age, my will is that my wife shall have 1/3 part of my personal estate to be at her dispose, and the use of 1/3 part of my real estate during her natural life; and the other 2/3 to be equally divided between my two children (being sons) when they shall come to lawfull age; and the third part of my real estae to be equally divided between them at the decease of their mother. And my will is that my executors after named particularly perform my obligation to my mother by a lease in the keeping of William ROCKWELL. And further, my will is, concerning the payment of my just debts, that my executors, whome I do hereby fully impower to do the dame, do sell and give legal conveyance of so much of the southern part of my farm as to pay my debts due to the Governor and Company of this Colony, and that all my other debts to be paid out of my personal estate. And I appoint my wife Tabitha and my friend William ROCKWELL executors.
