Court Record, Page 60 -- 1 Dec 1724: Adms. to Mary ADKINS, widow, who with Solomon ADKINS, gave joynt bond.

Page 120 -- 1 Mar 1725-6: Adms. account accepted.

Page 187 -- 2 Apr 1728: Solomon ADKINS to be guardian to Joseph, Mary, Elizabeth & Abigail ADKINS, minors, all about 14 years of age, they desireing the same.

Page 188 -- 2 Apr 1728: This Court appoint John STEDMAN of Middletown to be guardian to Josiah, age 13 years & John, age 11 years, children of the decd.

Page 6 (Vol. XI) 26 Nov 1729: Josiah ADKINS, a minor, 14 years of age, now appeared before the Court and made choice of Edward HIGBEE to be his guardian. Recog. £100.

Page 47 -- 4 Jun 1731: John STEDMAN, guardian to John ADKINS, a minor son of Josiah ADKINS, being removed out of the Colony, the sd. minor mad choice of his brother Joseph to be his guardian. Recog., £100. Signified to this Court by John HAMLIN, and approved.
