I give to my two sons, Joseph and Benjamin, 2-3 of all my real estate for their present improvement, and 2-3 of all my personal estate also; and the other third of my real estate to them after their mother's decease, equally to be divided between them, accounting £130 which I have alread given to Joseph and £120 which I have already given to Benjamin. And my will is that my son Benjamin shall have the dwelling house that I built for my son Samuel, and half an acre of land adjoining thereto, as part of his portion. I give to my two daughters, Jane and Elizabeth, to each £60. I give to my granddaughters, Lois and Lucia (the daughters of my son Samuel Andrews deceased), to each of them £70. I ordain my two sons, Joseph and Benjamin, executors.
