Hubbell C. CARTER, b. 29 May 1750 d. 9 March 1818 in Clinton,
the son of Daniel and Rebeccah CHITTENDEN CARTER.
He married Hannah WILLIAMS Jan 1771 in Killingworth.
He was the father of Daniel CARTER (who married Thankful POST.)
