Deed from Benjamin WRIGHT to Kinsmen, Lemuel & Elijah STANNARD

Know all Men by these presents that I Benjamin WRIGHT of Killingworth In the County of New London and Colony of Connecticut in New England for and in Consideration of ye love Good will and affection which I have and bear toward my kinsman Lemuel & Elijah STANNARD sons of mr. William STANNARD late of Saybrok Dec'd have without any manner of other consideration fully freely and absolutely given granted conveyed and confirmed unto the said Lemuel & Elijah STANNARD in equal proportion a certain tract of meadow situate in the Township of Say-Brook aforesaid at a place called Hammock Meadows, containing two acres and a half nine rods and one quarter of a rod.

To have and to Hold all and singular the above granted and bequested premises with all the appurtenances thereof free and clear and that they their heirs and assigns shall and may from time to time and at all times forever hereafter have hold use occupie posses and injoy the above granted and bequested premises with the appurtenances (as it is bounded North on meadow, East on meadow of Joseph STANNARD, son of Joseph STANNARD Dec'd and West on eight mil RIVER) as a good perfect and absolute estate of Inheritance in fee simple without let suit trouble molestation eviction or ejection of me the said Benjamin WRIGHT or any from by or under me my means privily or procurement.

In Witness Whereof I Have hereunto set my Hand and seal this 7th day of February in the 1st year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George ye Second of Great Brittain King Annoque Domini 1727/8.
