Wee whose names are under written here unto subscribed being there unto appointed by the Honoured Court of probate for the County of New London to divide the Estate of M'r Joseph WRIGHT, late of Killing worth deseaced have done ? followeth, Imprimis

To John his Eldest Son, the hous and home Lott as on Record, Apprized at one hundred pounds Also sixty acres of upland & meadow more or less adjoining begining att a white oak tree by the meadow s'd att the northeast Corner of Daniell CLARK's meadow, then northerly to a great rock by the brook on the south side of s'd broock, thence notherdly sixty eight rods to a black oak stump by the brook, thenc turning northwesterly and running Eighty seven rods to a stake stoans Cast about it s'd stake standing by the Country Roode, thence northerly by s'd Roode to the north East Corner of Theophilus CRANE's hous LOTT, thenc southwardly to the common fence thence eastwardly by s'd common fenc to the afore s'd home lot bounded Eastwardly by Land now set out to Joseph WRIGHT, southwardly by the meadow Lotts, northwestwardly by the Country Roode, westwardly part by the Land of ye s'd CRANE, Every way els by the Lott, which s'd sixty acres of Land to gether with the barn standing on it at Eighty pounds, the s'd John WRIGHT is to make and maintain all the common fenc in the line which his father was to make from M'r PIERSON's stoan fenc to the place where the s'd line of Comon fence Cometh thorugh at the Eastwardly side of the Land into the Land now sett out to Joseph WRIGHT also to allow a way through his Land for Comeing from the Land at the southeastwardly part now set out to Elizabeth WRIGHT, to come to the country roode and to go where it may be judged most Convenient

To Joseph his second son, the Land here after mentioned beginning at the sea, thence running streight with the long ditch and from s'd ditch northwardly to a black oak tree marked: near the payson swamp which is Elizabeth WRIGHT's north westerly Corner tree, thenc northerly to a balck oak tree maked and so out northwardly to Benjamin WRIGHT's Land, thenc southwestwardly to the County Roode, and by the Roode in breadth sinety? Four rods, to a stake with stoans cast about it, which is the Corner bounds of John WRIGHT's Land, thenc south Eastwardly to a black oak stump mentioned in the bounds of ye Land set out to John WRIGHT Eighty seven rods, thenc southwardly to the great rock mentioned in ye s'd John WRIGHT's bounds, and so on southwardly, to a great which oak tree by the meadow side being the northeasterly Corner of Daniell CLARK's meadow Lott: from thence by s'd CLARK's meadow and streight into the sea, in breadth by the the sea seventy rods, Containing sixty six acres more or less, Bounded Eastwardly in part by the Land set out to Mary WRIGHT and in part by the Land set out to Elizabeth RIGHT northw??ly by the land of Benjamen WRIGHT northwestwardly by the Country Roode, westwardly by the Land set out to John WRIGHT and southwardly by the sea, at ninety pounds. The s'd Joseph is to make and maintain all the fence in the line of Common fenc, from the sea to the fence Coming into his Land through John WRIGHT's Land above mentioned, and to allow sufficient highways for Comeing Cross his Land from the Land set out to his? Sisters: Viz: Mary and Elezibeth, where it may be Judged most Convenient, for Comeing to the Country Roode--

To Mary his Eldest Daughter in moveable Inventoryed Estate, Fourty seven pounds, and the of Land at Durham aprized at ten pounds. Also a peic of Land Northward of the poysen swamp, in length wit the poysen swamp one hundred sivety? And two rods, in Breadth at the southwardly End, fruity six rods, at the northward by End fivety five rods, containing fourty three acres more or less Bounded Eastwardly by the line between Saybrook and Killingworth, westward by the Land set out to Joseph WRIGHT, Northwardly by the Land set of Benjamen WRIGHT Southwardly by the Land set out to Elizabeth WRIGHT at ??urty three pounds.

To Marcy his second Dauter sinety? Two acres of Land more or less near Benjamen WRIGHT's as on Reocrd at twenty six pounds fourteen shillings and sixpence:
Also the meadow at the head of the old farm by manunquetecet River as on Record, aprized att twenty pounds
Also in moveable Inventoryed Estate, fourty three pounds, five shillings and six penc

To Elizabeth his third daughter: a piece of land ?? the poysen swamp in length on hundred and two rods, ?? at the southwardly End finety? Six acreas, more or less, Bounded Eastwardly by the line Between Saybrook and Killingworth northwardly, by the Land set out to Mary WRIGHT, westwardly by the Land set out to Joseph WRIGHT and the Long ditch, and Southwardly by the sea att fourty five pounds
Also in moveable Inventoryed Estate, fourty five pounds
