Deed from James WRIGHT to Samuel BAKER

Know all men by these presents that I James WRIGHT of Say-Brook in ye County of New London and Colony of Connecticut in New England for and in consideration of the sum of Seventy pounds Currant money to me in hand paid before ye ensealing hereof by Sam'll BAKER of Branford in the County of New Haven and Colony aforesaid have given granted bargained remised release Quit Claim and confirm unto him the said Samuell BAKER his heirs and assigns forever all my right Title Interest, Claim or demand which I have or ought to have or claim of in or to Certain Tract of land which I bought of Samuel BAKER lying in the township of Say-brook in Oyster River Quarter Butted & Bounded Southerly by highway Easterly by Isaac JONES Westerly by said WRIGHT's own land and Northerly bounded so far as to contain Eleven Acres.

To Have and to Hold the said Released Premises to him the said Sam'll BAKER his heirs and assigns forever to his and their only proper use and behoof. Forever free and clear of any demands or claims of me the said James WRIGHT my heirs executors or administrators and that myself my heirs executors and administrators and any other person or persons in my name and from all right Title claim or Demand of in or to the above granted premises shall be utterly excluded and forever debarred by these presents -

In witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th, day of January 1741/2.
