Laid out to Abigail CHITENDEN this 20th Day of March 1736 the Land hereafter mentioned it being ye 125th lot in the 12th Division lying a little westward from John CARTER's house beginning at a heap of stones of the northeast Corner of her 10th Division thence westerly sixteen Rods to a heap of stones thence northerly a rod and four fut to a heap of stones by ye highway thence Easterly sixteen Rods to a heap of stones thence southerly a Rod and four fut to the first mentioned Corner Containing twenty Rods of Ground Bounded southerly by her own Land Northerly by a highway East & westerly Common
