Laid out this 15th Day of November AD 1735 to Benjamin CARTER A part of his 10th Division lying near his Dwelling house Begining at a heap of stones which is a Corner of his own Land thence southerly 32 Rods to a heape of Stones thence Northeasterly 11 Rods And a half to a heap of stones thence northerly 24 Rods to a heap of Stones thence westerly 12 Rods to the first Corner containing one acre three quarters and thirty three Rods Bounded westerly by his own Land Every way Elce by the Comon & highways
