Laid out to Robart CARTER this 27th Day of march AD 1735 a tract of Land lying a little above the passonage Lot it being ye 131st lot in the 10th Division begining at black oak tree marked, thence Easterly twenty Rods to a black oak tree marked thence northerly thirty six Rods to a heap of stones on a Rock thence westerly fifteen Rods and an half to a Black oak bush marked thence southerly thirty six Rods to ye first mentioned Corner Containing three acres three quarters and twenty Rods Bounded Every way by the Common Reserving a pent highway through the same for the passing of foot men and horses where most Convenient
