Laid out to David BUELL the Land here after mentioned it being originally part of Sert't William WELLMAN's now Des't his right in ye 12 Division which s'd BUELL purchase of Gideon WELLMAN and now Laid out between the ?? of hamannsit River in the township of Killingworth beginning at the southeast Corner of REDFIELD's farm which is ye northeast Corner of the Land formerly Laid out to Cap't Andre WARD at a maple tree marked stones Cast about it running thence southeasterly in the line ye Land Laid out to s'd WARD and in the Line of s'd BUELL's own Land thirty three Rods to a Chestnut tree marked stones Cast about to which is ? bounds of s'd BUELL's old Land thence Easterly Seven Rods to a dogwood stadle marked stones Cast about it Runing thence northwesterly by the highway 24 Rods to a hard maple staddle stones Cast about it s'd staddle marked Runing still northwesterly by s'd highway 12 Rods to a white oak tree marked stones Cast about it Runing thence westerly Eight Rodst to he first Coerner Containing one acre and a half and thirteen Rods as it is Bounded Easterly by highway westerly by Ebenezer REDFIELD's Land and s'd BUELL's own Land south by Common northerly by Timothy CHITENDEN's Land
