Killingworth January ye 21: 1731/2 then Laid out unto Josiah BUELL ye Land here after mentioned (viz) ¾ of an acre & 33 Rods which ye s'd BUELL bought of John SHETHER as will appear by Deed to Lay out which formerly belonged unto Joseph CLARK of Haddam) buted and bounded as followeth lying southerly of s'd BUELL's Land lying near apple Rock begining at a Black oak staddle which is of s'd BUELL's southwest Corner of his former Land Runing westerly Eighteen Rods to a white oak tree marked which stands in s'd BUELL's Line thence southerly nine Rods to a black oak tree thence Easterly Eighteen Rods to a white oak tree marked thence northerly to the first mentioned Corner Eight Rods Bounded north by s'd BUELL's own Land west by highway south by Common Land and East by Common Land or old JOHN's farm.
