To all people to whom these presents shall come Greeting.

Know ye that we Zopher C. STODDARD and Orpha wife of the said Zopher C. STODDARD both of Killingworth in the County of Middlesex and in the State of Connecticut, in consideration of seventy Dollars received to our full satisfaction of Roswell HULL of said Killingworth do remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said Roswell HULL his heirs and assigns forever all the right title interest claim and demand whatsoever as we the said Releases have or right to have or we may have to all the real estate and ?? distributed to the widow of Roswell HULL late of said Killingworth deceased for her improvement during her actual life for a more particular description of said estate aforesaid is had to the distribution of the estate of Roswell HULL aforesaid deceased.

To have and to hold the premises with all the appurtenances unto the said Releasors his heirs and assigns forever so that ? the Releasors nor any heirs nor any other person under us or them shall hereafter have any claim right or title in or to the premises as a part thereof but therefrom we and they are hereunto set hour hands and seals this fifteenth day of November Anno Domini 1827.
