Deed from Hannah STANNARD to her Uncle Benjamin WRIGHT

Know all men by these presents that I Hannah STANNARD of Say Brook in ye County of New London & Colony of Connecticut in New England for & in Consideration of Twenty pounds Currant money to me in hand paid by my Hon'd Unkell Benjamin WRIGHT of Killingworth in ye County afores'd have given granted, Bargained Sold and by these presents Do fully, freely & absolutely, give grant Bargain sell alience Convey & Confirm unto him he s'd Benjamin WRIGHT a Certaine Tract or parcell of Meadow containing precisely two acres hone halfe of an acre and nine Rods & one quarter of a rod cituate lying & being in ye township of Saybrook afores'd at a place commonly called ye Hannock meadow & is bounded viz: North on meadow of William DIVALL South on Meadow of Joseph STANNARD son of William STANNARD Dec'd West on Eight mile River & East on Meadow of Joseph STANNARD Dec'd To Have & to Hold all & singular ye above granted & Bargained premises with all the priveledges appurtenances and Commodities to ye same Belonging or in any wise appertaining to him ye s'd Benj WRIGHT his heirs & assigns forever & I ye said Hannah for myself my heirs executors and administrators Do Covenant Promise & Grant to and with ye said Benjamin WRIGHT his heirs & assigns that they and every of them shall & may from hence forth & forever have hold use occupie possess & Injoy the above granted & Bargained premises with ye appurtenances thereof as a good perfect & absolute Ester of Inheritance in fee simple free & clear and freely & clearly acquitted exonerated & Discharged of from all & all manner of other or former gifts, grants Bargains Sales, leases mortgages wills Entails Joynters Dowries Judgments Executions, Incumbrances & extents, furthermore I ye said Hannah Do for myself my heirs executors & administrators promise & Ingage ye above Demised premises to him ye s'd Benjamin WRIGHT his heirs & assigns against ye lawfull Claims & Demands of any person or persons whatsoever forever hereafter to Warrant Secure & Defend
