Deed for land laid out to Wm. Parker from Proprietors

We whose names are under written by the Power given us by ye Proprietors of Potopauge Quarter in Say-Brook have laid out unto William PARKER of ye same SayBrook one piece or tract of Land in said Quarter at ye South End of Bushy Hill & is Butted & bounded as followeth the Southwest Corner is a small white Oake staddle & from thence Easterly fourty Rods to a Black Oak Tree marked & stones at ye roots which is ye South East Corner & from thence Westerly thirty two rods to a great Rock & a Birch Tree on ye Rock Thence Westerly fourty Rods to a Black Oake staddle marked & stones at ye Root which is ye North West Corner & then Southerly thirty two rods to ye first mentioned White Oak staddle in which Boundaries there is seven acres & an half of land & is Bounded Southerly upon ye highway or common Land Westerly on ye highway Leading to to Ebenezer BROCKWAIS Land Northerly on Common Land Easterly on an Highway & is laid out upon a fifty Pound Right originally belonging to William PARKER Dec'd & from him to Joseph PARKER his son & now to William & to Jonathan PARKER Laid out this 29th Day of Jany 1732/3
