Deed from Samuel and Patience RUTTY to their brother, James WRIGHT

Know all men by these presents that Wee Samuell and Patience RUTTY of Killingworth in the County of New London and Colony of Connecticut in new england for a valuable consideration to us in hand paid by our brother James WRIGHT of Say Brook in the County aforesaid have given granted remised quit_claimed and confirmed and by these presents do freely fully and absolutely give grant remiss release quit_claim and confirm unto him the said James WRIGHT his heirs and assigns forever all our right title interest claim and demand which we have our ought to have or claim of in to a certain tracts or parcels of land situated in the Township of Say Brook aforesaid it being a tract of land which did belong to our father James RIGHT dec'd commonly called the hundred and twenty acres lying on ye westerly side of Monuncateset River bounded Westerly and Southerly on Benj. WRIGHT's land Northerly in part by the Country road otherways by the Manuneateset River together with all our right of land both divided and undivided in Oyster River Quarter in the Township of Say Brook aforesaid.

To Have and to Hold the said granted and released premises with all the appurtenances privileges and commodities to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to him the said James WRIGHT his heirs and assigns forever to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever freely and clearly without any manner of reclaim challenge or contradiction of us the said Samuel and Patience RUTTY our heirs executors or administrators and with out any accompt reconing or answer therefor to be given rendered or done in time to come to us or to them so that We the Samuel and Patience RUTTY our heirs executors nor administrators nor any other person or persons for us or them shall or will at any time hereafter have claim challenge or demand the said released premises or any part thereof and therefore ourselves and every of them and us shall be utterly excluded and forever barred by these presents,
