Deed from the Proprietors to Daniel DUDLEY

We the subscribers being a Committee appointed and Impowered by ye proprietors of the Town or Cow Commons in Say-Brook to lay out said Commons &c., which being performed and the Lotts drawn and granted according to the rules and methods agreed on by the Proprietors as by their records appear.

And the proprietors upon the petition of Mr. Daniel DUDLEY granted to him the fourth Lott in the Short Tier of Lotts lying Westward of the highway leading to Mr. AYRES and between that and said AYER's hides point lott which lot is bounded Northerly on a Lott granted to said AYER, Easterly partly on AYER's Lott of upland partly on his meadow Lott, Southeasterly on some Common land Voted to be sold to Hez: WHITTLESEY and South Westerly on the highway to the ferry and Westerly on the highway to Mr. AUGURS and lyes on said highway to the Ferry from the entrance of the highway to Mr. AUGURS or from ye parting of said ways fourty fout rods the cornrers are all heaps of stone.
