Deed Regarding James POST's Estate
The foregoing Instrument was approved in ye Court of probate hald at Guilford Jan'y ye 21st 1734/5 & is ordered to be recorded & is accordingly entered on ye Records of said Court Lib'r 3 folio 150 to 153.

Aprill ye 7th 1735.
Then We ye Subscribers measurers of land for ye proprietors of Oyster River Quarter in Say-Brook laid out for heirs of Mr. James POST Dec'd these pieces of land in said Quarter viz: one piece lying at ye North end of Mr. WORTHINGTON's house lott & bounded Southerly on Common land nine Rods, & 24 rod westerly on their own land & twenty eight rods Southeasterly on highway another piece we laid out on the North side of Es'n BUSHNELL's land near Falls River & it Bounds Southerly there on and is in length from said BUSHNELL's Northwest corner being a black oak in his line to Joseph STANNARD's South east corner which is a white oak %0 rods; thence Northerly 34 rods to a black oak being Joseph STANNARD's Southwest Corner; thence 44 rods by ye highway to the first corner, this is a triangular Piece and all the corners of it aforesaid are marked and stones about them; the other piece lyes on ye North of Francis BUSHNELL's fence & is in length North And South 40 rods & in width east and west 36 rods & bounds west on ye highway & every way else on Common land ye Southwest corner is a heap of stones ye norwest corner is a black oak ye southeast corner and northest corners are Wallnut trees all which trees are marked & stones about them which pieces contain fifteen acres wanting fifty rods and is laid out for a fifty pound Right in ye division next preceeding ye last agreed on.
