To all People to whom these Presents shall come-Greeting: Know ye, That I Lucy POST of Westbrook in the County of Middlesex & State of Connecticut for the consideration of Two hundred and ten Dollars received to my full satisfaction of Richard W. WRIGHT Junr of Westbrook

Do give, grant bargain, sell, and confirm unto the said Richard W. WRIGHT Junr his heirs and assigns forever a certain piece of Land lying in the Town of Westbrook. Containing about seven acres be the same more or less & is bounded Southerly partly on Wm H. LAY 2nd & partly on Peter MURDICKS land. Westerly on Edward STANNARDS land. Northerly on Bessey JONES land. Easterly on Wm. H. LAY's land. The said Richard W. WRIGHT Junr is to support the whole of the fence on the west side. It being a piece of land Deeded to be by Lorenzo SMITH

To have and to hold the above granted and bargained premises, with the appertenances thereof, unto him the said Rich'd W. WRIGHT Junr and heirs and assigns forever, to him and their proper use and behoof And also I the said Lucy POST do for my self and my heirs, executors, and administrators, covenant with the said Richard W. WRIGHT Junr and with his heirs and assigns; that at and until the ensealing these Presents I am well seized of the premises as a good indefeasible estate in fee simple; and have good right to bargain and sell the same in manner and form as is above written; and that the same is free of ?? all incumbrances whatsoever.

And Furthermore, I the said Lucy POST do by these Presents bind myself and my heirs for ever to Warrant and Defend the above granted and bargained Premises to him the said Richard W. WRIGHT Junr and his heirs and assigns, against all claims and demands whatsoever.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the 20th day of March Anno Domini, 1852.
