Deed from Jemima PARMELE to Hiel PARMELE

Know all men by these presents that I Jemima PARMELE of Killingworth in the county of Middlesex & state of Connecticut

For a valuable consideration Rec'd to my full satisfaction of Hiel PARMELE of s'd Killingworth Do lease out & to farm let to s'd Hiel PARMELE his heirs or assigns the use & improvement of four small tracts of land lying in s'd Killingworth being the whole of the land which was set out to me in the Distribution of the Estate of my late husband Mr. Ezra PARMELE Dec'd as Dower also all the right which was set out to me in the Dwelling house of the Dec'd

To have & to hold to him the s'd Heil PARMELE his heirs & assigns the use & improvement of the above Described Premises during the full term of my natural life without let or hindrance from me the s'd Jemima PARMELE or any other Person in my name or stead

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 29th day of April AD 1801
