Deed from Abner PARKER to Capt. Abraham WATERHOUSE
Know all Men by these presents That I Abner PARKER of Say-Brook, in the County of New London and Colony of Connecticut in New England for and in consideration of ye sum of Nine Pounds Old Tenor Money to me in hand paid to my satisfaction by Capt. Abr'm WATERHOUSE of said Say-Brook Have given granted and by these presents do freely and absolutely give grant bargain and make over unto the Said Capt. Abraham WATERHOUSE his heirs and assigns forever all that Right or share of land belonging to the estate of Ebenezer PARKER late of Say-Brook Dec'd in that lot of land No. 1 on the West side of Cedar Swamp Pond in that tract of land called Town land in the North part of Say-brook; also one other Lott belonging to said estate No. 19 on ye West side of ye Country Road.
To have and to hold the above granted and bargained premises with the appurtenances freely and absolutely to him the said Abr'm WATERHOUSE and his heirs and assigns forever, furthermore I the said Abner PARKER and my heirs executors and administrators will Warrant and Defend the same unto him the said WATERHOUSE his heirs forever against the lawfull claims and demands of all of the natural heirs of the said Ebenezer PARKER Dec'd.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of February Anno. Domini 1743.
