Deed from Oyster River Proprietors to Willoughby LYNDE

Laid out to Mr. Willoughby LYNDE about 16 acres of land on the East of his barn at three cornered meadow in oyster river Quarter in the Township of Saybrook, Beginning at his former Northeast corner which is a Dogwood stadle and runs Easterly to Mr. CHALKER's Southeast Corner which is a black oak and thence Southerly by the highway to his Southeast corner of his aforesaid farm which is a black oak including all the lands which till now lay Common between the East end of his said farm & the highway which runs up Northward from the Saw Mill on falls river, All which was laid out to him for land conveyed by him to the proprietors for the use of a public and open highway as also a Gust of land at the Norwest corner of his said land bounding West upon Dan'll LAY & North upon Mr. John MURDOCK's land upon ye abovesaid consideration.
