Deed from John and Jedidiah NORTON, Aaron and Rebecca LYMAN and Timothy and Ann JEROME to their Honored Mother, Rebeckah NORTON

Know all men by these presents that We John NORTON lat of Say-Brook in the County of New London and ye Colony of Connecticut in New England now of Durham in ye County of New Haven in said Colony Jedidiah NORTON of Wallingford in said New Haven County, Aaron Lyman and Rebeckah his wife; Timothy Jerome and Ann his wife all of Wallngford aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of Eigty Pounds to me well and truly paid to us by our Honored Mother Rebeckah NORTON of Say-brook aforsad have given granted remised released and forever Quit-Cliamed and by these presents do fully and freely give remise release and forever Quit-claim unto the said Rebeckah NORTON her heirs and assigns forever (in her lawfull and quiet possession and seizure being) one certain piece or parcel of land lying at a place in Say-brook called Rockie Hill containing twenty acres be the same more or less as it lyes butted and bounded Southerly by land belonging to the heirs of Joseph PARKER and part by ye Common land, and in part by land belonging to the heirs of Maj. John CLARKE Westerly by land belonging to ye said CLARKE's heirs and part by our mother's land and in part by ye highway.

To Have and to Hold ye above said given and released premises unto the said Rebeckah NORTON her heirs and assigns forever to be her and theirs only use and benefitt and behoof forever. And we the said John NORTON Jedidiah NORTON Aaron LYMAN Rebeckah LYMAN Timothy JEROME and Ann JEROME do hereby utterly debar and forever exclude ourselves our heirs and each of our several and respective heirs from all estate Right Title Challenge and demand whatsoever that we have had or might hereafter have or keep of in or unto the above released Premises or the privileges or appurtenances to the same belonging so that from ye day of ye date hereof all the estate right title Challenge and Demand whatsoever that we have or might have hereafter or keep in the premises shall cease determine and conclude and be and remain to be the estate and inheritance of her the said Rebeckah NORTON her heirs and assigns forever.

In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this Eleventh day of Aprill in ye 10th year of ye Reign of our Sovereign Lord George ye Second of Great Brittain King Anno Domini 1737.
