Deed from Elizabeth LORD to Elazar LORD
Know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth LORD of NORWICH in ye County of New London & Colony of Connecticut in New England for and in Consideration of ye sum of Seven pounds Currant money to me in hand before ye Insealing hereof well and truly paid by Elazar LORD of Saybrook in ye County & Colony aforesaid the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge & myself therewith fully satisfied & thereof Do acquit & discharge ye said Elazar LORD his heirs &c forever by these presents do freely grant sell aliene & confirm unto him ye said Elazar LORD his heirs & assigns forever one hundred pound Right in ye ox pasture as set out to be in the Distribution of my Father's Estate as apears by the record thereof with all ye privileges thereto belonging to him ye said Eleazar LORD his heirs & assigns to his & their only proper use & benefit forever & have in myself full power t sell & convey the above bargained premises which shall be Defended to him his heirs by from me & my heirs against all lawfull Claims & Demands of any person or persons whatsoever forever hereafter to Warrant & Defend,
