To all Christian people to whome these presents Shall come Greeting Know ye that I Jonathan LANE of Killingworth in Newlondon County for and in Consideration of ye sum of one pound two shillings old Tenner to me in hand Received before ye Ensealeing here of by John TUCKER of the above s'd Town and County Have Given Granted and forever quit Claimed unto ye afore s'd John TUCKER his heirs and assigns for Ever then Rods of s'd LANE's 13th? Division Land to be to ye use of ye afore s'd TUCKER his heirs and assigns forever to his and their only use benifit and behoof so that I ye s'd LANE my self nor any body under me shall or may have any right or Claim to ye aboved premises as witness my hand and seale this twenty sixth day of February 1743
