we whose names are under written being there unto appointed have this 24th Day of February: 1725: Laid out to Samuel WILL COCKS the Land here after mentioned it being originally Thomas HULLS RIGHT in the Eighth Divition and lying at a place known by the name of ox boo swamp on the west side of s'd swamp on the hill Next to s'd swamp begining at the Norwest Corner at a walnut tree marked stoans Cast about it measureing thence Easterly fifty Rods to a Black oak tree marked stoans Cast about it thence southerly thirty Rods to a dogwood tree marked stoans Cast about it thence westerly fifty Rods to a white oak tree marked stoans Cast about it thence northerly thirty Rods to the first mentioned Corner Containing Nine acres one quarter and seventeen Rods Bounded Northelry by Joseph NETTELTON's Land Every way Elce by the Common
