Wee whose names are under written being thereunto appointed have this 18'd of ffebruary: 1720: Laid out the Land hereafter mentioned to Leu'tt Joseph WILLCOCKS it lying near the Eye spring it being all the Comon Land that was between Lu'tt Joseph WILLCOCKS and Daniell GRISWOLD, and George HULL and Daniell GIRSWOLD, Containing by computation twenty three acres: Eight acres and a half of which he hath of the towne for one acre and a half by ways of Exchange which he Layes down for the towns use lying between the sut of Cow hill and Ens'n Gershom PALMERS, the other fourteen acres and a half which he Excepts in Leiu of so much of his next Divition, Bounded Easterly and northerly by Daniell GRISWOLD Land, westerly in part by s'd WILLCOCKS own Land and part by George HULLS Land, southerly by the Comon
