Entered February ye 21st 1718/19

We whose names are under written being there unto appointed have this thirteenth Day of October in the year 1715 Laid to the Estate of Timothy STEVENS Deceased the Land hereafter mentioned Eighteen acres and three quarters s'd Land Lying near the uper End of George CHATFIELD's hop meadow beginning at the southwest corner att a white oak tree & then measuring Eastward fifty five rods to a Chestnut stadle marked then running northward 58 rods and ½ to a chestnut tree marked stoans about it then measuring westward fifty five rods to a rock with stoans Layd upon it then measuring southward 34 rods to the first corner there above mentioned Land being the seventh Division and the 28 Lott in s'd Division one care & a ¼ for purchase money the rest for home Lott and Divition Land the aboe s'd Land Lying and being in the township of Killingworth
