we whose names are here unto subscribed being a Com'tt thereunto appointed have this fourteenth Day of Aprell 1724 Laid out to Abraham PIERSON the Land here after Described Lying in the old bounds in Killingworth a little above the ponder meadow and about west of the long meadow Laid out to Samuel WILLCOCKS being the 35th Lott begining at a white oak tree marked stoans Cast about it ling? thence ?erly one hundred and sixty Rods to a maple straddle marked with A P stoans Cast about it, thence westerly forty four Rods to a white oak tree marked [space] stoans Cast about it, thence northerly by the slade one hundred and sixty rods to an ash stadle marked [space] stoans Cast about it thence Easterly sixty one Rods to the first mentioned Corner Containing fifty two acres and quarter and thirteen rods be it more or less as it is Bounded Easterly by the highway, northerly and Westwardly and southwardly by Common Land that now is
